Campbell & Levine Litigator Marla Eskin

An experienced litigator based in Wilmington, Delaware, Marla Eskin has practiced commercial bankruptcy law at the Campbell & Levine law firm since 2002. In addition to her work in areas of bankruptcy litigation and commercial bankruptcy, Marla Eskin has extensive experience as a personal injury lawyer, business attorney, and commercial litigator.

Additionally, Ms. Eskin serves as counsel to multiple Section 524(g) asbestos settlement trusts. These trusts exist to compensate all valid asbestos personal injury claims that comply with the Trust Distribution Procedures as outlined by the presiding bankruptcy courts. Moreover, Ms. Eskin serves as a volunteer mediator for the Justice of the Peace Court for Landlord and Tenant matters. In the past, she functioned as a Trustee for the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, Inc., Qualified Settlement Fund.

Ms. Eskin earned a degree in political science from Temple University in Philadelphia. She continued at the university as a law student, earning her juris doctor. She is an active member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and the Women and the Law Section of the Delaware Bar Association, among other professional affiliations.
